• 5–10 years of hydraulic industry experience, preferably in oilfield environments.
• Strong commitment to safety in field and shop.
• Strong problem-solving with planning and organizational skills.
• Evidence of leadership and team collaboration.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Commission, install, and maintain hydraulic equipment to support safe and reliable drilling operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system issues using diagnostic and fluid power knowledge
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and equipment specifications
• Coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, ensure equipment meets safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to safety requirements, participate in 24-hour on-call rotation
