Job summary

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. The role requires safe work practices, on-site availability, and clear communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Candidates should possess Plumbing skills relevant to HVAC installations, condensate lines, and system connections.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance experience, including inspections, filter changes, cleaning, and system tuning.
• Candidates should possess Electricity and basic electrical diagnostics skills for motors, wiring, controls, and panels.
• Candidates should possess EPA-related knowledge or certification for handling refrigerants in compliance with regulations.
• Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields is beneficial.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including split units, central systems, and heat pumps, is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to maintain accurate service records.
• Commitment to safety practices, reliable transportation to job sites, and willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnosing system issues and performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Completes repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components related to HVAC equipment.
• Responds to service calls and documents work performed.
• Follows safety and environmental regulations and communicates clearly with clients and team members.
• Uses company tools and resources responsibly and supports service quality standards.
