Job summary

AAF International in Wilmington, MA is seeking a full-time field service technician to install HVAC filters, inspect units, and communicate findings to on-site managers. Travel to customer sites, drive company vehicles, and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks will be required.

You will prepare reports, maintain tools, and follow FMCSA/DOT guidelines to ensure safety. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are essential; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Math and reading skills needed.
• Must have transportation to and from the branch office.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience outdoors/indoors.
• Experience driving box trucks of various sizes.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with hand tools.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record.
• Must pass Drug Panel and DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC filters in various air handlers and perform site inspections.
• Document deficiencies and communicate with the manager.
• Maintain service vehicle as per guidelines and ensure tool accountability.
• Lead on-site contacts with facilities personnel and coordinate service work.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients; unload and organize products.
• Prepare reports and documents related to HVAC service.
