Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site HVAC/Controls technician to commission, program, test, and service on customer sites. You will document verifications and ensure project close-out while delivering top customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years’ HVAC/Controls experience, MS Office skills, and a valid 12-month driving record. DDC controls experience is preferred; safety and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years HVAC/Controls experience.
• MS Office proficiency; comfortable using handheld devices (smartphone, iPad).
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with a clean record in the last 3 years.
• DDC controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commission, program, set up graphics, communications link, end-to-end testing and service on assigned projects.
• Document point-to-point verification, sequence of operations validation and close-out requirements.
• Represent the company by servicing products and equipment on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repair.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
