Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking an HSES Manager for a Riverside County, CA site. This on-site role will own safety, health, environmental and security programs, directing actions through manual and automated processes, and coordinating with cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead incident investigations, drive safety improvements, manage regulatory compliance, and oversee audits and certifications at the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site safety programs and culture.
• Ability to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 13485, and related safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct safety, health, environmental, and security programs.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; promote safe work practices and training.
• Collect and analyze safety metrics to guide action.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with government safety laws and standards at the site.
• Lead certification efforts and audit health and safety programs.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and environmental permits.
