Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking an HSES Manager for a Riverside County, CA site. This on-site role will own safety, health, environmental and security programs, directing actions through manual and automated processes, and coordinating with cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead incident investigations, drive safety improvements, manage regulatory compliance, and oversee audits and certifications at the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site safety programs and culture.
• Ability to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 13485, and related safety standards is a plus.

A medical device manufacturer is hiring an HSES Manager to set the direction and drive execution of its site safety culture. This sole contributor role reports directly to the Site Plant Manager, with functional coordination across divisional leadership. If you're a self-starting safety leader who wants daily, hands-on involvement with a site team, this is your next role.

• Ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards, and industrial hygiene requirements
• Lead certification efforts and audit health and safety programs at the facility
• Manage workers' compensation claims and environmental regulatory permits for the site
