Job summary

Anotech is seeking an experienced MVK HSE Supervisor to provide on-site Health, Safety & Environment support in a high-hazard facility in Colorado. The role oversees daily operations, maintenance, and capital projects involving pressurized gases, cryogenic systems, and ATEX areas, ensuring compliance with HSE laws and site standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE supervision experience in high-risk industrial environments.
• Experience in petrochemical, industrial gas, chemical, energy, or process industries.
• Strong track record in contractor management and field safety supervision.
• Experience supporting construction, maintenance and operational activities on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and safety walkdowns across production, maintenance, and construction areas.
• Review and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, legal requirements, and safety standards.
• Manage permit-to-work, risk assessments (LMRA/TRA/JSA) and pre-job inspections.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety training, and onboarding for contractors and staff.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions; track corrective actions and report findings.
