Cummins Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Analyst to join our on-site team.

The role focuses on maintaining HSE standards across the plant, supporting compliance with environmental permits and safety requirements, and strengthening the HSEMS framework. You will collect and analyze HSE data, perform site inspections, support waste management programs, and help implement controls that reduce risk and improve workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with employees, leadership, auditors, and regulators.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment processes.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HSE data and KPIs.
• Commitment to safety culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Support HSE compliance with environmental permits, safety requirements, and HSEMS standards at the site.
• Monitor environmental performance by tracking emissions, wastewater, incidents, and data for reporting.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Support waste management programs, including labeling and containment of waste and pollution prevention.
• Reduce environmental and safety risks by assisting with engineering and administrative controls.
• Track HSE KPIs and support reporting at site, unit, and corporate levels.
• Strengthen regulatory compliance through stormwater management, training, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by assisting audits and maintaining HSEMS documentation.
