Cummins Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment professional to lead the design, implementation, and management of HSE controls across site(s).

You will promote safety culture, drive continual improvement, and provide cross-functional support to ensure compliance with internal Cummins requirements and applicable regulations. The role involves leading hazard identification, risk assessments, KPI reporting, and training programs.

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in health, safety, environment, engineering or related field required.
• Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead hazard identification and risk assessment programs to identify improvement opportunities and regulatory gaps.
• Develop and lead training on hazard prevention and control for employees at the site.
• Evaluate HSE data, audits, and regulatory findings to plan risk-based improvements.
• Support site audits and the overall Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable risk controls.
