Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a skilled HSE Coordinator to support project safety supervision and administration, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees on site.

In this role you will lead field safety orientation, perform daily inspections, and coordinate with the HSE Manager and Director to implement SHMP and project safety plans, while conducting regular safety meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• 1 year of on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr Construction Industry certification.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED training completed.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientation training.
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and conditions for safety compliance.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment by workers.
• Inspect fire-prevention, first-aid, and safety devices.
• Test hazards using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare daily safety findings with corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Document accidents, safety violations, and unsafe conditions.
• Help develop JSA, SHMP, and PSSP safety plans.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and safety training.
