Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development/implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records for compliance.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and findings.
• Assist in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify/solve complex problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams' activities.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency.
