Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an on-site Site Human Resources Supervisor to provide HR support for a major construction project in Piketon, Ohio. You will partner with project leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.

The role requires strong leadership and knowledge of employment laws, with a focus on compliant HR practices and fostering a positive employee experience on the project site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum ten (10) years of HR experience, site-based/field/project construction.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to project leadership and employees.
• Partner with site management on employee relations and staffing needs.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and employment practices.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with resolution of workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation activities.
• Promote employee engagement and effective communication.
