Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources is required.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite and related HR software is required.

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Support employee relations needs with professionalism and discretion.
• Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture and contribute to HR strategy.
