Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of case management experience.
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional preferred.
• Ability to understand the needs of formerly homeless individuals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enrollment of tenants into community programs.
• Support tenants in collaboration with property managers.
• Document tenant growth and progress.

Skills

Experience with unhoused and marginalized populations

Excellent verbal and written skills

Knowledge of HMIS and Housing First model

Ability to support individuals in a calm manner

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field
