Responsibilities

• Supervise 150+ international and domestic associates.
• Serve as primary contact for on-site dorm residents.
• Process move-ins and move-outs with accurate records.
• Enforce housing policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe living environment.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Maintain inventory of housing items (keys, linens, supplies).
• Collect, log, and distribute employee mail and packages.
