Job summary

Carowinds is hiring for an Associate Housing role responsible for supervising 150+ associates in the on-site dormitory and housing locations. You will enforce policies, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, welcoming living environment while coordinating move-ins/outs and transportation needs.

The position requires strong people skills, a safety mindset, and availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 150+ international and domestic associates.
• Serve as primary contact for associates residing in on-site dormitory.
• Process resident move-ins and move-outs, collecting and maintaining housing information.
• Enforce housing policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe, welcoming living environment in housing and work locations.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Inventory housing-issued items (keys, linens, cleaning supplies, etc.).
• Collect, log, and distribute employee mail and packages promptly and securely.

Job description

The Associate Housing department is responsible for maintaining all aspects of associate housing or assigned work location. Ability to supervise 150 + International associates and Domestic Associates.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the needs and concerns of Carowinds associates residing in the on‑site dormitory.
• Process resident move‑ins and move‑outs, accurately collecting and maintaining required information for housing files.
• Enforce housing policies and ensure all residents comply with established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness inside associate housing and assigned work locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming living environment.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport residents to and from designated pickup locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of housing‑issued items, including keys, linens, cleaning supplies, and related materials.
• Collect, log, and distribute employee mail and packages in a timely and secure manner.
