Job summary

Carowinds is seeking an Associate Housing team member to supervise on-site dorm residents and coordinate housing logistics. You will manage move-ins/outs, enforce safety policies, and maintain a welcoming living environment for 150+ associates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 150+ international and domestic associates.
• Serve as primary contact for on-site dorm residents.
• Process resident move-ins and move-outs and maintain housing files.
• Enforce housing policies and safety guidelines for residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and a safe living environment in housing locations.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Maintain inventory of housing-issued items (keys, linens, supplies).
• Collect, log and distribute employee mail and packages promptly.

Job description

The Associate Housing department is responsible for maintaining all aspects of associate housing or assigned work location. Ability to supervise 150 + International associates and Domestic Associates.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the needs and concerns of Carowinds associates residing in the on‑site dormitory.
• Process resident move‑ins and move‑outs, accurately collecting and maintaining required information for housing files.
• Enforce housing policies and ensure all residents comply with established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness inside associate housing and assigned work locations, ensuring a safe and welcoming living environment.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport residents to and from designated pickup locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of housing‑issued items, including keys, linens, cleaning supplies, and related materials.
• Collect, log, and distribute employee mail and packages in a timely and secure manner.
