Allied Universal is seeking a Hospital Security Site Supervisor in Cleveland, OH. This full-time role oversees daily on-site security operations, staffing, training, and client satisfaction at a hospital site.

You will manage scheduling, oversee post orders, ensure contract compliance, review incidents, and coordinate with the client to deliver reliable, high-quality security services. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll, incident review, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and discipline actions.
