Job summary

Grand Homes is seeking a Builder to oversee the construction of homes in the Forney, TX area. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, Sales, and Production to ensure quality workmanship, on schedule, and within budgets.

You will coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, and help deliver a positive homeowner experience. Regular travel between sites and outdoor work are required in this role.

• Manage subcontractor performance and pricing alignment.
• Track construction costs to stay within budgets.
• Review plans and specs as needed.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries to support schedules.
• Communicate regularly with all project partners.
• Assist with homeowner orientations and walkthroughs.
