Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering with 7 years in hardware design and development, ideally Automotive.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed design validation and circuit debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for deployed hardware systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities for design enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and manufacturability.
• Lead investigations into hardware failures to identify root causes.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate hardware functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and product success.
