Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is looking for a Community Recruitment Partner who will act as the talent strategist for a pod of nursing centers.

You will build relationships across local communities to attract top clinicians and manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple centers. You’ll work with Pod leadership and HR to align recruitment plans with staffing needs, reduce agency costs, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified CNAs and RNs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience or related field.
• Experience hiring for clinical professionals (CNAs, RNs).
• Proven success sourcing via community-based and digital methods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and field-capable.
• Knowledge of local labor markets and healthcare trends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or marketing.

Responsibilities
