Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Community Recruitment Partner to build local talent pipelines across multiple nursing centers. This on-site role requires daily travel to assigned centers to establish relationships and recruit clinicians, including CNAs and RNs, within the pod network.

You will partner with center leaders and HR to align recruitment strategies, reduce agency costs, and ensure a steady, high-quality candidate flow through grassroots outreach and active community

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach experience.
• Experience hiring for clinical professionals, especially nursing (CNAs and RNs).
• Sourcing candidates via community and digital channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, independent field work capability.
• Knowledge of local labor markets and healthcare trends.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships in local communities, schools, and workforce agencies.
• Source and hire through grassroots outreach, social media, and in-person engagement.
• Collaborate with Pod Nursing Home Administrators to align strategies with staffing needs.
• Reduce reliance on staffing agencies by building local pipelines.
• Represent Genesis HealthCare in the community and promote opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding with People Strategy Partner and HR teams.
