The Hagerman Group is seeking a Project Manager (Healthcare) to lead commercial healthcare construction projects from site to finish in Indiana. You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include planning, procurement, risk management, and team leadership to deliver safe, compliant, and timely project completions in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools: Procore, CMIC, ASTA, Excel, Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred candidate will have Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification.

Mansioni

• Plan, initiate, and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and support to subcontractors and in-house staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment promoting teamwork and communication.
