Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc. in DeRidder, LA is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to safeguard workers through injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams.

You will assess patients, provide first aid, document care in the EHR, and support case management while working with site safety staff. This is a field-based role with clinical backup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications are required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily; able to lift 25–50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Support case management with follow-ups and referrals.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR and maintain supplies.
• Collaborate with safety teams and participate in orientations and trainings.
