Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc. through its JobSiteCare division seeks a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support construction-site workers in Avondale, CO. You will conduct patient assessments, provide first aid, and coordinate with clinical teams, while operating in a field setting.

This role emphasizes proactive injury prevention, ergonomic coaching, and strong communication with safety staff. You will document care in the EHR, maintain supplies, and participate in orientations and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required.
• CPR Certification required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• EMT License preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including 'stretch and flex' programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
