Job summary

Virginia League for Planned Parenthood seeks an Assistant Health Center Manager (AHCM) for the Hamilton Clinic to support daily operations and leadership alongside the Health Center Manager.

The AHCM will assist in staffing, on-the-floor guidance, and ensuring patient-centered care while upholding VLPP standards and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and salary.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of healthcare experience required.
• High school diploma required; MA/LPN licensure encouraged.
• Licensed staff must have BLS certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Serves as manager in absence of Health Center Manager.
• Coordinate staffing to meet patient schedules and maximize efficiency.
• Provide floor support and flow facilitation to staff across services.
• Participate in HR processes including hiring, onboarding, training, and discipline.
• Ensure client-centered service delivery and responsive care.
• Aim for goals in customer service, productivity, revenue, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain facility standards and HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA compliance.
