Chartis Federal is seeking a Product Procurement Specialist to provide on-site warehouse support for FEMA logistics operations. The role is 100% on-site at a government facility in Bluemont, VA, focusing on inventory management, asset accountability, and process improvements.

You will develop and execute inventory programs, oversee property lifecycle, and coordinate with internal offices and external partners to ensure rapid mobilization and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts; lift 30–50+ lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 5–10 years warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and RF scanners.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory programs across DHS/FEMA operations.
• Oversee lifecycle management of government property and asset accountability.
• Develop and evaluate inventory policies, procedures and controls.
• Maintain records in SAMS and coordinate audits/reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and inform decisions.
• Coordinate with logistics centers, distribution centers, and field ops.
• Train staff on inventory procedures and systems.
