Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret-level security clearance.
Ability to pass CBP background investigations and security checks.
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and asset accountability.
Ability to analyze inventory data and generate operational reports.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of components and equipment.
Manage inventory accuracy using WMS and other asset tracking systems.
Maintain asset visibility and accountability for hardware components, tools, test equipment, and special program assets.
Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure 100% asset traceability.
Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and warehouse standards.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, OEMs, program offices, and transportation providers.
Implement warehouse best practices for storage optimization, labeling, shelf-life management, and inventory rotation.
Maintain documentation for receiving reports, shipping records, asset transfer forms, and inventory records.
Support software/hardware program teams by staging equipment for deployments or maintenance.
