Job summary

LMI seeks a Warehouse Management Specialist to support a CBP office in the National Capital Region, with on-site work near Summit Point, WV. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure asset accountability across hardware, tools, and program assets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse operations, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and strong leadership skills. This role requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and asset accountability.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and generate operational reports.
• Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage inventory accuracy using WMS and other asset tracking systems.
• Maintain asset visibility and accountability for hardware components, tools, and program assets.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits and reconciliations to ensure 100% asset traceability.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with suppliers and transportation providers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
