Job summary

ReiLes Group is seeking two General Practice Physicians to provide on-site diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare to inmates at FCC Pollock (FCC Pollock, FCI Pollock, and USP Pollock). The role includes managing daily clinic operations, routine and emergency care, and minor outpatient procedures.

Position is full-time with a 1099 subcontractor arrangement at $175 per hour. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in any US state or territory
• Credentialing and privileging per Joint Commission and FBOP policies
• Maintain current medical malpractice insurance
• Pass FBOP background checks and security clearances (including NCIC, fingerprints, OF-306, credit check, drug screening)
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency for DOJ residency/citizenship rules
• English language fluency (read, write, speak)

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: perform medical exams, obtain histories, daily sick calls, identify early serious conditions
• Diagnostics & treatment: order and interpret tests, establish treatment plans, prescribe medications
• Clinical procedures: suturing, splinting, immobilization; minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia
• Emergency services: respond to medical emergencies and provide on-site consultations
• Collaboration & administration: maintain progress notes and medical records, collaborate with staff and consulting physicians to plan and deliver care
