Job summary

Pink Zebra Moving is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations from our Lexington, SC location. This on-site role requires building strategy, managing staff and schedules, and driving exceptional customer experiences while ensuring financial performance across SC territories.

You will hire, train, and coach teams, monitor safety and quality, and optimize processes for efficiency. Collaborating with leadership on local marketing and outreach will grow brand presence and business volume.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership skills, including team management, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain a positive client experience.
• Basic financial and business management skills, such as budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and build repeatable systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Experience in moving, logistics, home services, or related industries is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site, including occasional extended hours and physical presence during peak periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related field is a plus
