Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred; associate degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted.
• 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar).
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
• 2+ years of management experience in car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the car wash facility and ensure smooth workflow.
• Build a high-energy team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Operate the wash like you own the business and drive profitability.
