The role requires a JD from an accredited school, Texas bar admission, and 10+ years of experience. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 10+ years of legal experience with exposure to commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment law, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership and affiliated entities, providing practical, risk-based counsel on strategic and operational matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, service, licensing, technology, and partnership contracts.
• Lead legal support for mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, financings, restructurings, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and transaction execution.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, entity management, board activities, organizational structure, and regulatory filings.
