Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of logistics or freight coordination experience.
• Experience handling 100+ loads per week in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and logistics software (TMS/SAP/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate shipments with efficient routing and timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate freight rates while balancing cost, timing, and reliability.
• Track shipments, identify delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain shipping documents and update systems for accuracy.
