Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience designing and using management dashboards and KPIs to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Polk City, IA.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategy and budgeting.
