Job summary

FCA Packaging – Brookfield, WI is seeking an FP&A & Inventory Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team at our Brookfield headquarters. This hands-on, in-office role blends inventory accounting with forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis.

You will work face-to-face with plant and finance teams, support annual budget, analyze variances, and build financial models using Excel and Power BI. Local candidates in the greater Milwaukee area are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years accounting/finance experience; internships counted.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory counts with plant teams and audits.
• Review inventory valuation and cost of materials.
• Analyze inventory data to find discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain documentation for inventory accounting procedures.
• Partner with plant management on pricing and usage changes.
• Prepare monthly cost of materials, purchases, and inventory reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
