Job summary

In-Place Machining Company seeks a Financial Analyst in Milwaukee, WI to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic initiatives. You will report to the CFO and drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the organization.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP/GL/HRIS proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to enable data-driven decisions. This is an onsite role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, auditing, consulting, or a related discipline.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
• Experience working with ERP systems, general ledger platforms, and HR information systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to business locations as needed (<20% travel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior leadership.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs to measure business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with the CFO to support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
• Administer and enhance business intelligence, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Assist in developing presentations and materials for management and Board meetings.
• Support the monthly financial close process.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration efforts.
