Job summary

HYH America, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking an analytical FP&A professional to help manage company-wide P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive business decisions.

The role requires 2–3 years in FP&A or financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Korean proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of P&L statements and fundamental financial concepts
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Korean is required.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide Profit & Loss (P&L) performance analysis
• Monitor results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue, costs, expenses, and profitability
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate findings to management
• Track sales performance by customer, channel, product, and SKU
• Analyze sales drivers including volume, pricing, promotions, and product mix
• Support sales forecasting and customer/product profitability analysis
• Monitor SG&A and operating costs; investigate significant variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Prepare management reports, KPI tracking, and performance presentations
• Maintain Excel-based models, templates, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Support ad-hoc analyses, dashboard development, and reporting improvements
