Job summary

Concentric LLC is seeking an On-Site Forklift Technician to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts. Must have own tools.

*First-shift 7am-3:30pm

You will troubleshoot, repair and document work orders using Field Connect and Paylocity for timekeeping, while upholding safety and quality standards across a national network.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience with MHE maintenance (electrical) required.
• Strong equipment repair, mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Hydraulics, conveyor experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for work orders and customer interaction.
• Some computer skills; comfortable with using a computer.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Must meet the physical requirements of a Service Technician.
• Must have own tools.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus but not required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work on-call, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines and timely.
• Perform audits per PM Planning tools in Field Connect.
• Provide information to supervisor, coworkers, and customers by phone, email or in person.
• Complete work orders and service records per Concentric standards.
• Enter work hours accurately in Paylocity.
