Job summary

Concentric LLC is hiring an On-Site Forklift Technician in Salt Lake City, UT for the 2nd shift to perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts. You must supply your own tools.

You will troubleshoot failures, complete repairs per manufacturer guidelines, and document work orders. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely service in customer facilities driven by KPI performance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required.
• Experience as a material handling equipment mechanic.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas to customers and listen effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word and Web Based Reporting Modules.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis.
• Complete repairs of equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Make cost-conscious judgments to choose the best action.
• Inspect equipment audits per PM tools schedule.
• Provide information to supervisor and coworkers by phone, email, or in person.
• Complete work orders and service records on time per Concentric standards.
• Enter work hours accurately in Paylocity.
