Qualifications

• Supervisory experience coordinating crews and guiding field operations.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation, spotting, and safety practices.
• Strong communication to follow instructions and coordinate with team and site leadership.
• Basic carpentry for formwork and temporary structures.
• General maintenance for tools, equipment, and work areas for safe site conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying weather.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and company policies.
• Experience in heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure construction preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, assign tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities with supervisors and crew members to meet project plans.
• Assist with site setup, trenching, grading, and material handling as needed.
• Monitor site conditions, report progress, and support quality control.
