Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals inside a correctional facility. The role reports to a Food Service Director and requires adherence to food safety standards, teamwork, and flexibility.

Candidates should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and may have prior institutional food service experience. The position operates on-site with 8–10 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm, and a $1,000 bonus is available as part of the Rookie's Fast Track program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assist team in making quality foods per menu and instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and perform routine kitchen tasks.
• Serve food during meals and follow department procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Be organized, efficient, and able to work on your feet for long shifts.
• Support the team and adapt to changing needs as required.
