Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals inside a jail/correctional facility. The role reports to a Food Service Director and requires teamwork, attention to food safety, and a readiness to learn.

Onsite position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and paid training. A $250 Rookie’s Fast Track bonus is offered within 60 days. DailyPay is available for early access to wages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quality foods according to menu and instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workstation; pull trash, sweep, mop as needed.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and follow dept. procedures.
• Operate kitchen utensils/equipment and cook according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Perform routine kitchen tasks and stay organized.
• Stand for long periods; lift, bend, push as required.
