Chelten House Products, LLC is hiring a Food Safety Technician for the 1st shift in Bridgeport, NJ. This on-site role supports GMP compliance, swabbing, inspections, and informed decision-making to ensure food safety and quality across processing areas.

Qualifikationen

• Requires ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document results accurately.
• Familiarity with GMPs, sanitation expectations and recordkeeping.

Aufgaben

• Monitor GMP adherence.
• Conduct pre-op inspections and reporting.
• Perform ATP and APC swabbing, environmental swabs.
• Assist with facility inspections, audits and investigations.
• Cross-train with QA technicians for cross-functional ES responsibilities.
• Screen X-ray rejections and maintain swab inventories.
• Support QA and Food Safety teams as needed.
