Job summary

Custom Culinary, a Griffith Foods subsidiary, is hiring a Maintenance Manager for the Avon, OH facility to lead maintenance operations, uphold safety and quality, and drive equipment reliability and uptime.

You will supervise technicians, manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, plan capital projects, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Safety to reduce downtime. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Facilities Management.
• 7+ years’ experience in a similar managerial maintenance role.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and set priorities for schedules.
• Plan and execute capital expenditure projects.
• Develop and manage maintenance procedures for production lines.
• Maintain facility assets, oversee inventory, and manage spend.
• Lead budget review, labor cost, and efficiency tracking.
• Train and develop maintenance staff with performance feedback.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors and ensure safety.
• Drive TPM initiatives with preventive and predictive maintenance.
