Job summary

Minco Products, Inc. is seeking a Setup Engineer to join their Flex Circuit engineering group in Fridley, Minnesota. The role requires expertise in Flex Circuit design and a strong understanding of IPC standards. As a Setup Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to customer RFQs, setting up new products, and providing technical support across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers an annual compensation between $80,000 to $130,000, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, ideally in a similar role at a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and other standards.
• Demonstrated ability in design engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer RFQs by reviewing drawings and providing quotations.
• Setup new Flex Circuit products utilizing a robust NPI development process.
• Provide technical support to production and internal departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
