Job summary

Minco Products, Inc is seeking an engineer for Flex Circuit solutions in Fridley, Minnesota. This position involves responding to customer RFQs, setting up new products, and providing technical support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 annually, with various benefits including health insurance and tuition reimbursement. This role is based on-site and may require some travel.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
Prior experience in Flex Circuit or Printed Circuit manufacturing.
Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

Responsibilities

Respond to customer RFQs and provide price quotations.
Collaborate with teams to set up new Flex Circuit products.
Conduct continuous improvement projects.
