Job summary

Concentric Methods is seeking Physical Fitness Coordinators (PRN) to lead on-site Physical Fitness Exams for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). Sessions are four hours with flexible, event-based hours, and require strict SOP adherence and safety practices.

You will coordinate with a Fitness Test Administrator and EMT, ensuring accurate counts and timely reporting. Ideal candidates bring a background in exercise science or equivalent, plus a nationally recognized credential

Qualifications

• Background in exercise science or equivalent experience.
• Nationally recognized fitness credential (ACSM, NSCA, or ACE).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience administering standardized fitness testing or coaching is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run on-site Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism and care.
• Lead session pre-brief and post-brief, enforce SOPs and safety.
• Coordinate with a Certified Fitness Test Administrator and an EMT/First Responder.
• Verify counts and times through two-person validation and complete secure documentation.
• Submit results within 48-72 hours and manage post-event reporting.
• Maintain equipment and kit inventory, and escalate incidents per protocol.
• Deliver a 5-minute readiness briefing to each cohort or candidate.
• Perform a 10-minute pre-event equipment check and use a non-identifying scoreboard for tracking.
