The role requires performing inspections, testing devices, completing daily paperwork, and communicating with clients and Per Mar's Monitoring Center. Some travel may be required, and a company vehicle may be provided for duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to work in the security industry.
• Travel as needed.
• Mathematical skills including ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes for safe installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices function properly per manufacturer specs.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor related to daily operations.
