Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Moody AFB in Valdosta, GA. The role covers computer systems administration and financial applications, ensuring continuous daily operations and long-term system viability.

You will coordinate with HQ ACC FMF, DMCs, the ESD, and local personnel, oversee IT assets, and provide training on Microsoft Office and AF-sanctioned telework tools.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Experience with financial/enterprise applications and support SLA of 8 hours.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations.
• Install and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response for application, OS, database, and server issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecoms and Government devices.
• Perform hardware setup, relocation, and asset management tasks.
